Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.

We process orders quickly — usually within 2–4 hours. If you need to make a change, email hello@nuelehair.com immediately. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to modify or cancel it, but our return policy covers you.

First, check your tracking link (sent in your shipping confirmation email). If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours and your building's mail area. If it's genuinely missing, email us at hello@nuelehair.com and we'll sort it out.

Yes — we currently ship to the UK, Canada, Australia, and select European countries. International customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees.

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on all US orders — no questions asked. If your hair doesn't feel different, we'll make it right. To start a return, email hello@nuelehair.com with your order number.

Yes. We accept returns on opened products within 30 days of delivery. The product must have at least 50% remaining.

Once we receive your returned item, we process refunds within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Yes — every NUELE product is formulated and clinically tested across all hair types: straight (1A–1C), wavy (2A–2C), curly (3A–3C), and coily (4A–4C). While the wavy, curly, coily spectrum is our expertise, our formulas are intensely moisturizing while being gentle on all kinds of hair.

It's as simple as three steps:

On straight hair, NUELE moisturizes and protects from heat and other elements. It smooths tangles, prevents knots, and tames flyaways for super manageable hair. It does not add volume but will protect when blowdrying and offer a great manageable base for additional styling.

Yes — particularly beneficial. Chemical colour processes break down the exact bonds our formulas restore. NUELE helps preserve vibrancy and rebuild structural damage from the chemical process. Our ingredients are all super moisturizing and protect the hair, making it great for damaged, dry, or coloured hair.

Yes. We recommend avoiding heat-treated styles if your hair is damaged. Wash and condition as normal, then use NUELE as your moisture serum. You may need to use it more frequently — three or four times a week — alongside your hair repair regimen.

Yes — massage it into your scalp. You may need more product as it will wick onto braids, wigs, or weave. Note: when wearing protective hairstyles, avoid pulling hair too tight at the scalp as this can lead to follicle weakness, breakage, and potentially Alopecia.

Yes. Wash your wig as usual, then rub NUELE into the hair as prescribed. Depending on the type and length of wig, you may need more than the standard amount. Style as desired.

Yes — excellent for hot oil treatment. Use about two or three times your typical amount to ensure it perfuses your hair shaft. When done, rinse with lukewarm water and finish with a cold rinse to snap your shaft back and retain moisture.

Use NUELE after washing your hair but prior to styling. You can also use it daily in small amounts to moisturize your tips or the whole hair shaft — especially important if you are in a dry environment that dehydrates hair.
