Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of nuelehair.com and any purchases you make from us. By using our site, you agree to these Terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Any revised terms shall take effect as at the date of posting on this website.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
Products and Pricing
All prices and charges on this website are shown in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices exclude delivery charges and applicable taxes. We are not responsible for any importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination.
We reserve the right to modify prices and discontinue products without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
In the event there is an error in pricing or an unintentional misrepresentation of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and confirm whether you wish to proceed with the corrected information or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be deemed cancelled and any monies paid shall be refunded in full within thirty (30) days of cancellation.
Where product prices are reduced as part of a sales promotion, such prices are valid for the specified period only and will apply to orders accepted within that period.
Tax
Certain counties and states are subject to sales tax. These will be applied as necessary to your online order.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you offer to purchase subject to these Terms. Our acceptance is complete when we send a shipping confirmation. Payment for products ordered will be debited from your account when your order is placed.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. All credit or debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery as a consequence.
We shall not be responsible in the event your card issuer and/or bank charges you as a result of our processing your payment. We do not store card details.
Products are subject to availability. If after acceptance of your order we are unable to supply the products within the predicted delivery period, we will inform you and you will be given the option to cancel for a full refund.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to US addresses and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays or customs holds.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Contact us within 14 days for lost or damaged shipments.
Returns and Refunds
We offer free 30-day returns on all US orders. Products must have at least 50% remaining. Email hello@nuelehair.com with your order number to initiate a return.
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item to the original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save subscribers authorise recurring charges at their selected frequency. Pause or cancel any time from your account dashboard with 24 hours notice before the next charge.

All content on nuelehair.com — including text, images, logos, formulations, and the StrandSense™ name — is owned by or licensed to Nuelehair LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
All designs, copy, graphics, photography and the selection or arrangement of them are the copyright or database rights of Nuele Hair and/or are utilized under appropriate licenses. All trademarks, brand names, business names or logos contained in this website are proprietary to Nuele Hair and/or are utilized under appropriate licenses.

Products are sold 'as is'. Clinical trial results represent aggregate outcomes and are not a guarantee of identical results for every user. We are not responsible for adverse reactions from use contrary to labelled instructions.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and U.S. law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the U.S. Courts.
